A little more accuracy with completion estimates would've been helpful: I dropped my car off on Tuesday and was originally told to expect repairs to be done on Friday -> then Monday -> then Tuesday. As a result, I had to pay additional rental car fees as a result.
Nonetheless, I am thankful for the regular updates and appreciative that someone stayed after hours to allow me to pick up the car.
