The experience I encountered with the service advisor was completely unsatisfactory. From the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I reurned to pick up my car was not customer service oriented. The only way I would go back is to hold your facility responsible for the work that was done to my car and hopefully that was done correctly and professionally.

The only thing was at the time I turned my car over to you I signed a paper that said no deductible. I told your guys I had a 250.00 deductible. When I picked it up I had to pay 250.00. A lot of confusion and bad paperwork. Other than that I will happily recommend you guys! Thanks for the great work
