While I was very happy with the repair to my car, however I was not at all satisfied that the amount for my repairs ended being more than the estimate originally given to me. I also want not notified by phone, text, or e-mail of the additional work that was need which would increase the amount. When I contacted Service King on updates on my car, I was never notified that there was additional work which would raise the price. I was hoping to pay the $650 myself so that it would not affect my insurance. But overall I am happy with the work they did on my car. It looks brand new again.
