I was very impressed by the exactness of the Day I was promised my car was spot on and actually **** Day early. Jessica was great very informative and very professional a personable. She called me by my name as well as Robert called me by my name upon my arrival in the parking lot.

I really appreciated the constant updates throughout the repair process.

I took my vehicle for repair on 10/09 I was involved in a rear end accident. The damage was minor and the repair shop decided to replace a small part and paint the bumper. I was advised that my vehicle was ready on 10/19 I noticed that the part that was replaced wasn't in line with the bumper so Robert advised he will order the part and he will call me on Monday. While we had the vehicle over the weekend we noticed that the right side of the bumper wasn't painted it was very minor. On Monday after 1pm I decided to go back to service king and spoke to Jessica she stated that Robert didn't tell her about the part and he didn't order it. I then told her about the bumper that a small section wasn't painted. She then advised me that they will correct it and also placed me in a rental. I was advised my vehicle was ready on 10/28 when we went back we noticed that the bumper wasn't smooth again the vehicle wasn't in acceptable condition. Then Jessica called me on 11/02 to let me know that she was going to inpsect my vehicle if it was ready she would let me know. Finally my vehicle was ready on 11/07. Jessica advised me that there was some lint on the bumper under the clear coat and it was corrected. It took almost a month to get my vehicle back. Service King is going to reimburse me the deductible I paid for my troubles but this doesn't excuse the fact that I didn't have my vehicle back in a timely manner. I wasted my time going back and forth with Service King. Something minor that could have been corrected from the beginning ended up taking longer than expected. I don't know if the people that repair the vehicles are being rushed or why my vehicle wasn't properly inspected before letting me know it was ready. This is the last time I use Service King. This has been a horrible experience. Nothing will make me completely satisfied.

I came to your shop with the recommendation of someone that had work previously done, I was not disappointed. I would recommend your services in the future.
