When I picked up my car was given keys and told to have a nice day. I proceeded outside to inspect my vehicle. After opening trunk found six plastic screws which hold trunk carpeting in place were missing. Went inside and reported, someone came out and observed as they went to get the technician I continued inspecting vehicle and found my back seat was wet. When I asked they could not explain. Told me to come back and that they would shampoo the seat. Once home discovered my trunk was soaked. Bad service. No one checked vehicle prior to my picking it up. Not acceptable poor customer service very bad.
