There's still a dimple in the bumper. The treatment from the shop and employees was exceptional. Keeping us up to date along the way was also a huge plus. But the dimple is pretty visible.

While the initial input and completed product of our cars repair was handled great and we are greatly appreciative for that service, the communication between the two encounters was less than supportive. We were asks how often we would like to be contacted and that request was not followed. My wife also informed the repair service rep that the phone number on the account was not correct and then provided the correct one. Every correspondence including the completion announcement was prompted by our call.
Still the serve was a good experience and we would recommend Service King to anyone.
