I had no issue with the local personnel, Felicia and Glenda, were great. However, my issue was with the folks who set the appointments. Two appointments were made and when I got to the office, each one was set for the following week and I personally saw Felicia book an appointment for me i on her office computer and when I showed up for the appointment, it showed up as being for the following week. Felicia apologized. No fault of hers, but something needs to be done at the center that schedules appointments. Again, I can't stress how professional both Felicia and Glenda were and made my experience great!!
