My car will not start. I drove it home yesterday at 6:00pm and just tried to start it on my way across town and it won’t start. My car was in the shop for one whol month and from my understandings was worked on and re/worked because it couldn’t pass inspections. Now the office is closed and I don’t have a working car after $10,000 worth of work. I AM NOT A GAPPY CUSTOMER! The office is closed therefore I guess I am STUCK.

Nielson is the representative I worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was %100 satisfied with my vehicle repair. The car itself looks perfect, I am so happy with the results. I live in Dallas and the accident happened in Houston while I was visiting my parents over the holidays. I was not able to go and pick up my car myself because I had to work so I called and spoke to Glenda, who was also very helpful and informative. She answered my call and took ownership of my problem since Nielson was not around to assist. She was also very friendly to talk to. She took my mother's information and emailed me the Credit Card Authorization Form which I received very fast and sent back which she processed immediately. My mother arrived to pick up the car a little too early that day, she had to be dropped off so she called me to get an Uber for her to take her home. Nielson overheard the conversation I was having with her on the phone and was trying to look for ways to alleviate the situation. Even though my mom was letting him know that she understands and that it's ok. Although, knowing my mother, I knew that she was a little frustrated because her plans for the rest of the day might have been canceled. He then ultimately offered to have the car dropped off at my parents house when it was done. My mom was so relived as she had other errands to take care of that day and she would not have had the time to pick up the car and then bring it to me in Dallas the very next morning. I was so relieved myself as I was already burdening my mother for having to pick up the car and then drive it to me in Dallas. Nielson has great customer service skills, and personal skills, and it is very apparent that he really cares about his job and his customers.
