my experience at service King was TERRIBLE. my Cadillac had some small damage on the back driver side, each time that I had to go back my car looked worse than before. the first time I pointed out to them that the Cadillac emblem on the pin striping was wrong, they hadn't even cleaned the wheel to see if there was damage, they used white touch up paint on the door guard, and the back fender was sticking out, and the door guard had not been repaired. the next time I went back they had damaged the rest of my car by pairing over the I damaged Cadillac emblem to match their incorrect one, hoping that I wouldn't notice, they changed all four door guards to an after market "recycled" guard (when my car had brand new ones to begin with), and that was about as far as I got that time. the sales representative told me I was being combative and when I asked for the manager, Eric, and he came out, I asked if he knew what was going on with this and how they would fix this and how unacceptable this was and he told me that I was the one who "drug" him out there. it sure doesn't sound like the "manager" understands his job description. then the THIRD time I came to pick up my car; the Cadillac emblem was still ruined, the paint under the wheel well was not sealed, the sensors on the bar of the car were not flush and the bumper piece was cracked. the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!

I finally received my car about three weeks after I was initially told it would be ready I have to pay extra for my rental car because of that. the total amount I have to pay the rental company is almost 390 it's 388 in change

The young lady working as the receptionist I'm not sure but in think her name was Christina. She's very nice and greets everyone with such a positive attitude and makes sure we're ok while waiting. Cody did an amazing job with explaining by detail what was needed and also what was done to the vehicle.

Everything was amazing. Except Trey the Enterprise guy. A bit rude with a kind of "only here for a paycheck" attitude. Other than that, it was all a great experience.

At the very beginning this was most helpful getting my car picked up from the lot and over to service king. Cody was extremely helpful from that point forward. He kept me up to date on where my car was in the process of getting repaired and actually was completed before the promise date. Everything about the experience was very smooth and informative. I appreciate it very much, service King was an excellent experience.
