Service King kept me appraised of the progress while my vehicle was under repair. and of the anticipated delivery date, including the change in completion date (a slippage) and the reason for this.
I was very pleased with this communication, so I could plan accordingly, and communicate with the rent car company about the change in the date that I would be turning in my rent car.

Fernando Trejo is AWESOME! My car was 3 weeks old when it was hit by the 3 hail storms. Fernando and his crew made it look better than when I purchased it. His customer service was EXCEPTIONAL.
