My brief experience with the Elliot office was unremarkable at best but as soon as I went to the office on McQueen I felt comfortable. The receptionist was unbelievably professional and Adam did a good job keeping me informed of all the issues that kept coming up on my vehicle. Once insurance took over I saw an even greater uptick in service.

Added 2 weeks to time frame due to ordering parts. Dont understand how original date I could have it back is December 7, but on December 14 found out you can't fix the exhaust and have to order one? And car was ready by 1pm, told then I will be there at 5:40 and didn't install the new badges on the bumper till I pointed it out before leaving. Dirt on brake pedal and back glass smeared when dried on the inside.
