Everyone was very professional and I was updated daily on the progress of my vehicle. Drop off and pick up were incredibly quick and easy. I will use service king again and will be recommending this location to friends and family.

One stop shopping made this a very stress free experience. I was given a clear explanation of all services and the coordination with the rental car company was excellent. I was given regular updates and the vehicle was back to me one day earlier than promised. I did not lose any time at work and did not have to worry about how I was going to get there. The job was completed much faster than I expected. Communication was frequent and the staff is helpful. Two pieces of feedback on my pickup. First, there was a fairly large scratch which needed to be buffed out on one of the doors. Second, The Back-up Camera was not functioning and had to be fixed which they were able to do. One other note is I believe there are scratches on the rear bumper which were not there when I dropped the car off, but they are small enough that I will just fix it myself
