Fantastic experience

I was satisfied with the work done on my car, I understand there was a lot of damage but I was out of a car for almost 3 and a half weeks, I had to rent a car two different times once from enterprise and once from Honda where I bought my car, I was told my car would be done Friday but later got a call that the fender was accidently scratched and they had to take apart and repaint and wouldnt be done for another 6 days... Another thing I was upset about was they told me they would cover a week of renatl car knowing I had already taken the rental car back but than told me that they could not pay or re-emberse for the week of rental because I had taken the car back and that the accoumt has been closed, I paid 204.00 for a rental for a week and had receipts and all they ended up doing was filling up my car with a tank of gas. I did like that Brandon did always keep me notified about the progress of my car and he was very professional. They also did a great job on the work they did to my car it looks great!! I would definitely recommend Service King and I would bring my car back to them if ever needing body work again, would just hope they would stick to there word on what they promised... I was also very satisfied with Dawn, the receptionist, she was very nice and very professional, I enjoyed working with both Brandon and Dawn, they both made my experience amazing....

Not sure about fromt widow fix .. Otherwise i think all is ok .... Havn'T GOT A GGOOD LOOK ON THE UNDERSIDE ... Body wise ,, looks just perfect ... Will take a closer look at under carrage tommorow. Had knee replaced 3/13 so can't get down so good too take a good look ...
