I was extremely satisfied with every detail concerning the repair of my 2017 vw jetta. My service advisor, Garrett worked very diligently and professionally with the insurance appraiser and kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle. At no time was,I made to feel I was a bother calling to make sure everything was going well since the repair was an insurance matter that involved a rental for the time I was without my vehicle. It started out to be about a 7 to 10 day repair,and ended up taking about 26 days. There was no sense of urgency. The insurance for the rental ended up costing me $452 because of the delay. Also, the inside panel on the tailgate was all scratched up.
