The shop knew that I wanted the alignment checked the day I brought my car into the shop. Even with that the call came that the car was done, I asked about the alignment only to be told it was never checked and that it wouldn't even be checked unless the insurance would pay for it. This is the first body shop that would only do the basics and not do a complete check. Now I have to take my car to another shop to get the alignment checked and taken care of.
