Service King Fort Bend/Missouri City

Service King has repaired my fleet company cars several times over the years and This was the Worst experience I ever had! As the Driver of a Fleet vehicle, I am not responsible for any of the payments or details with the car repairs. Once I report the damages and drop off the vehicle to the repair facility, everything else should be handled by service king and the Insurance company. Despite explaining that I am not responsible for any payments several times, I was harassed constantly throughout this process and asked several times to provide payments for the deductibles. The Insurance agent from Liberty Mutual and my Employer spoke to your technician, Jim at Service King and explained that all communication be directed to the insurance company. As a result of my experience, I will never bring any vehicles to your facility again. Your entire staff at the 3900 Williamsburg Lane in Missouri City, TX location need to be trained on how to handle fleet company car vehicles and the drivers. I should not experience your technicians, Clay and Jim, arguing with me and phone calls asking questions that I can't answer about how they will get paid. I was being tortured and punished for your past customers who had not paid for their repairs, which has nothing to do with me. You should treat your Corporate relationships better and with more professionalism by following the process and respecting my role as a Driver of a Fleet vehicle! This was a Completely Unsatisfactory Experience!!!

I am more than satisfied with the services!!! They called me with updates and had my car ready less than 2 weeks. I left the rental car there and they called enterprise for a pick up! My car looks brand new and they even cleaned it!!!! Although i don’t ever wish to see them again lol if i had to get my car repaired for whatever reason they will definitely be the one i go to!!!!
