Great job. My only comment would be to make the email updates meaningful. They gave no real useful information. Maybe a, "today your car's hood and fender were removed and readied for paint!" and "Your car is getting a new coat of paint today!" type updates.

The staff were great and have always been great. The constant communication was wonderful. Tim was very helpful. I would just recommend pay a little more attention to all areas even if you don't think there was any damage. There we're two spots on the trunk that had chipped paint from the accident that was missed. The staff did a great job trying to fix it quickly, although it is still somewhat visible. Great job guys!
