I was given an estimate that was more than doubled when they began the work on the door repair. I budgeted the 166 and paid the bill before going out of town so my son could get the truck. I was called and told it would be an additional 172 to fix the door .... Not a lot of choice since being out of town so I said "ok". I think when this happens Lacy Collsion could compromise and make it less money since it more than doubled the quote and the bill was already paid. I just thind it should have ment somthing.

After a bone-headed move of accidentally spraying canned spray foam on the hood of my car and trying to remove it with everything I had, only to see that I seriously damaged the paint job and felt my heart drop. But these guys made it all go away! I thought I needed a repaint over the whole front end, but they wanted to try a different method to save me money! I went to pick it up and was astonished! It looked better then before the "accident". I would of paid much more to have it fixed but they were very reasonable and took care of their customer! So yes, I'm completely satisfied and appreciate giving them my business.
