It was a great experience. Dropped off my car and went over the details with a representative. I picked up a rental car and left things in there hands. I was updated throughout the process and was contacted about important details. Car looked great when I picked it up 5 days after drop off. Overall great experience.

She is articulate and very experienced and thus generates immediate trust. The repairs were done very quickly, in half the estimated time. My fender looks as if it had never been damaged! And when I picked up my car it had been washed, vacuumed and the Windows cleaned. The only thing i didn't like was that my drivers seat had been been moved and I had to readjust it

The repairs took longer than anticipated. The radar system was not aligned properly and I have had to take the car to a Volvo dealership on two occasions to get the matter settled. USAA may not pay may not pay for the repairs at the Volvo dealership due to their refusal to acknowledge that the radar unit may have been damaged in the collision as noted in the original estimate that was revised by Lacey auto repair
