Unfortunately we have had to use Lacey Collision several times. My husband usually takes care of the vehicles. When he asked me if everything went well I told him the staff at Lacey Collision is Very Nice and helpful!! He agreed with me and said yes I like them. We will always recommend Lacey Collision. Have, luckily, had very little to do with repair shops in my 67 years. So not much to compare with. BUT, the professionalism, positive and aware care, the clear interest in my satisfaction, a shop full of apparently happy folks...I don't need to know the repair business....any business behaving as do you folks gets an A.
