Joel kept us informed almost daily either through a personal phone call or by email. The entire staff from the receptionists, to the work staff, were very friendly and professional. The body work looked seamless. I would highly recommend Lacey Collision as a place to have auto body work completed.

the only thing i wud day is that i got a text it wud be six days so madeplans around that then learned one day. but i made alternative plans but then learned it was ready.
i hv to fight my insurance company cuz it was a significant change and threw me off.
now i hv to explain to them why i didn’t turn my rental in on time
i still appreciate u great customer service but don’t know yet if i hv to pay for hvg my rental longer

I was very pleased with the outcome of the work performed and the honest guidance of the estimator. The office staff was also very professional and kind at dropoff and pickup. However, I didn't like the policy of having to give personally identifiable information over the phone such as the last 4 of my ssn or my birthdate to secure my appointment. Joel explained the rational and I support your position but I would suggest finding another solution. In today's world of identity theft, the data you are collecting seems unreasonable.

Truck bed and canopy was evidently stored outside under a fir tree and left full of fir tree needles and cones, the back canopy and truck windows are filthy and nearly impossible to clean now that they are assembled. I regret that I did not look into the canopy before leaving the shop, I only found the bad news once home, I vacuumed up the fir cones and needles but haven't figured how to get the windows clean.
