When I scheduled the appointment to have the repairs done, I was told ABRA would have a rental car for me when I dropped my car off on Wednesday. Whomever I spoke with failed to schedule a rental, so I had no transportation if I dropped my vehicle off. Since I needed a vehicle, I rescheduled the drop-off for Friday morning. I dropped the car off on Friday and picked up a rental. There was no work done on my vehicle that Friday, ABRA is closed Saturday and Sunday, so I paid for a rental for three days that was totally unnecessary. I would have thought having an appointment meant ABRA would immediately start the repairs. If they were not going to start the repairs on Friday, why didn't ABRA schedule my drop-off for Monday morning? That would have saved me $250 in rental car fees!

The front desk staff were always helpful and polite. JD, my repair adviser, was a dream to work with. He contacted me every few days with updates through three weeks of hail damage repair. This is the best body repair experience I have ever had. My car repair was expected to take 4-6 weeks but ABRA got it done in 3 weeks. I definitely recommend ABRA.
