Everyone, from the day I picked up my rental at your company, to yesterday when I picked up my Honda, has been fantastic! The front desk person (Lisa?) was very helpful on day one with information about what to expect. Kyla helped me to understand every next step that would occur with my car and kept me informed at every turn of its’ repair, clear up to the day I picked it up, Kyla even installed my license plate, though it had been slightly damaged and I wanted to still use it, if possible! She made it possible!
She kept me updated every week, at least twice a week and more , if necessary. I didn’t have to worry about the progress of the repairs because she was very knowledgeable about all of the processes and could even explain what the parts being replaced were for! That’s significant to people in my position! We’re clueless about how things work and what parts are for, so it really put me at ease. And, she always asked if I had any questions when explaining things.
That shows she understands what Customer Service is all about! Thanks for a beautiful repair on my Honda! It looks like new, and I love it! Nancy Z
