Well for one my hood puller was popped out of place. I noticed my necklace on my mirror was broken and placed back up there... Then I noticed the foot rest that sits by the brake and gas petal was broken off... Idk what they were doing in that part of my car in the first place... I really like the lady that took care of me kayla I think... She was great.

Started out good with texts, then only responded when I called. Took twice as long as estimated. If someone was sick, I had to call and get it back on track. Definite feeling that Abra is biting off more than they can deliver on. Work is good but poor customer service.

Although, I would say I had a few things that were inconvenient. The daily email communications suddenly stopped about a week before completion so I didn't know where it was at in the process.
And I mentioned several times I would be paying the deductible in cash and no one said you don't take cash. So then I had to go back out to the bank, after just being there, for a money order. But otherwise it was a smooth process, car seems to look good and all your staff are very nice.
