The date that my car was supposed to be returned back to me was pushed back by 3 days. It really messed up my plans with transportation and it’s all because of some clips that ever never ordered or they ran out of something. Communication about the car’s headway was very poor as I had to call the company multiple times to get an answer out of them.

I have used other locations before and I can say I’m beyond disappointed in this location. One it took 4 weeks to diagnose what was even wrong with my vehicle to then be told it will be a few more weeks due to part availability. Finally I get my truck back tire pressures are way below safe levels 32 rear and 45 front on the tires that were serviced as well as the fuel light on in my truck when it was sent in with a ****/2 tank. I also have money missing from my truck that was in the lower center console as I always leave 2 20 dollar bills in my console for tolls and/or emergency.I tried dozens of times during the process to find out what the status of my repairs were and never could get returned calls. The fact it took almost 2 months to repair some suspension damage is completely unacceptable I would never recommend this Abra location to anyone. During this entire time which I was out of a vechicle missing time from work as I expected to on be without my vehicle for approximately 2 weeks as that is how long it took to repair body and suspension damage on my last ram which Abra did the repairs on.

The auto body shop couldn’t take cash or if they did, they couldn’t give me a receipt. We asked for a PDR estimate for the minimal hail damage on the vehicle and were quoted just under $5000.00 for a repair that could be completed at a much lower price but they insisted that insurance would pay for it. I let them know this would be an out of pocket cost not Insurance covered. The work that was completed was good but I was not impressed with the handling of the estimate quote as well as the comments.
