My passenger visor mirror is broken

It took longer than I thought to get my car back from body shop but the job was well done and did not mind the extra couple days of delay. It also helps to know that the shop guaranteed the work they did in case something is found wrong in a near future. Overall they did a good job and Mike was very professional and courteous in answering questions I had.

Everything handled very professionally. Mike Chaffee did a great job.

I received an email Wednesday at 5:15pm stating that "Your Chevrolet is all fixed and ready to come home, you will soon be called to arrange pickup if you haven't already." No calls that day. So I called the body shop at 8:15am Thursday and was told it just needed cleanup and inspection and they would call back soon. Nothing the rest of the day, so I called the body shop at 2:30pm to find out why, and was told "It will be finished in another hour, they just need to put the bumper on!" I had planned my day around getting it back at least in the morning, based upon the Wednesday email. So the automated email was a lie, the morning comments were a lie, and there is no need to have anyone contact me, as I will not be back no matter what the insurance company recommends. If you want to increase your customer base, you might try real, sincere, and honest feedback from a person rather than an automated system that does not work. Mike C
