At a glance, the car looks fine. In broad daylight and at an angle, ripples can be observed in the driver side door sheet metal (point of initial impact with the deer). I commented on this when the vehicle was picked up. I was not in the vehicle at the time of the collision, however, the co-owner and driver of the vehicle during the collision states that scratches to the finish incurred as the deer rolled over the rear deck lid and down the passenger rear quarter panel were not repaired (rear fascia and passenger quarter panel). Additionally the driver contends that the noise heard during cornering/turning was not preexisting and was a result of the car being pushed into the curb during the incident. This noise was explained by our contact as the result of wear and tear on the shocks/struts. Although the driver and I co-own this vehicle, I rarely drive/ride in it and am not intimately familiar with the condition of the suspension or the exterior finish immediately prior to the collision. I intend to look into the suspension issue further as time permits. I wish to convey that at this point, I consider my overall experience with your facility favorably and would likely return for future service if necessary. Please note, this vehicle has only 50k miles on it (MY 2009), and as the original owners, we have the benefit of a lifetime power train warranty which Chrysler offered at the time of purchase. This, combined with the fact that we are paying approximately 20% of the vehicle's current value per year for insurance coverage, is why we wish to maintain it's integrity and appearance prior to the collision as best as possible. Highly recommend for service and detailing. Removed small ding and scratch when detailing the exterior of truck. Will return for any truck maintenance or repair.

Took a little while longer than I thought, but a part was held up from a supplier, nothing Bill Fox could have done about it. They helped out with the rental car. No complains whatsoever!
