John and the kids ran kept me constantly updated on repairs and were very responsive to my feedback at the end even going the extra mile to ensure everything is covered and some damage that was missed is addressed ASAP. They were great the first time around with my RAV4 and excellent with the repairs in my Highlander. I’ll definitely have them 1st to call should something else happen where I need auto body repair.

My car got hail/hood damage while being repaired at this facility. Similarly there was trash, broken glass, rocks, sticks, branches and other debris in the back of my truck when I tried to pick it up that was not there when I dropped my truck off. I pointed it out and then had to ask for them to clean it, abra did not offer to clean up their mess. First time I tried to pick up my truck the rear end was still damaged and needed to be painted again and light fixture repaired. Truck was left in sun so my window seal dried out a bit and now squeaks. Horrible experience overall.
