I picked my car up on Tues morning and drive it straight to work. After work I was putting some items in the back of my car and notice these white splash marks near the back driver side tire. There were also white dots all over the back gate of my car. I touched the substance and it was like glue. Upon further inspection this gunk was all underneath the right side of my car and in both wheel wells. I drove home and called your shop asking someone to call me back and let me know what this was as I knew I had not driven through anything to work. The gunk was even on the inside of the door panels which I had not even opened since picking up. I spent 2 hours scrubbing this stuff out from under my car and off the back gate to make sure that it would not ruin my paint job. In my message I had just asked to be called so I knew what this was and to know what would be done if it did not come off. I left this message 3 days ago and no one has bothered to call me back about it. This is pretty disappointing since it was not there when I dropped my car off and it's like it leaked out of somewhere. I understand that things happen an would have appreciated an explaination.

Happy but still need to replace the fixture that attaches the panel to the car since the panel was slightly crooked. Battery was dead when I tried to start it but accidents happen. Something may have been left on. Also when the battery was jumped the jumper fell off the engine when the engine started and hit the bumper. Maybe just put the jumper on the ground next time. But overall was fine.

Very disappointed. Proper parts were not repaired/replaced and I had to take it back to the shop 30 minutes after I picked it up. It's unfortunate but I will not be recommending ABRA to anyone.
