I think the repairs look good, but my car was returned to me quite a bit dirtier than I left it, with dirty footprints on the floor and mysterious plastic parts in the back seat. I had requested a touch-up on the paint on the side of the car, but this wasn't done. I called about a problem with my compass not working after the car was returned to me and was told that a technician would call me, but no one ever returned my phone call.

I thought the service people were very nice but upon coming to pick up my car, no one personally reviewed in detail all the work that was done in person - only on paper. Many other body shops will take the time to personally walk you around the car to show you all that was done - no one did so at Abra. Others also clean the inside of your car & vacuum, Abra did not.
I got an email that my car was finished and someone would call me. No one ever called me. I eventually called them directly to see if indeed it was finished but then was asked if someone could call me back bc everyone was in a meeting.
A bit irritated, I said no bc I'm trying to grab it before heading into work and Abra was on my way to my office. The employee sounded a bit irritated in response and rushed to get my papers in order.
I understand they were busy & in meetings but I, the client, need to make sure I get to work on time and collect my car asap to avoid further rental car fees.
