I received this survey on my phone last night as well, and gave my well deserved A rating on my repair experience. Because any level of customer service is so rare anymore, sadly, it was a pleasure to recognize an excellent experience when it comes your way. In addition to Mike's above and beyond service, I failed to mention Jerry's initial assistance with reviewing the details of the repair on my first visit to Abra in April. That man knows his stuff! He was a brilliant analyst - I guess you would call him - and could not have been more cordial and efficient. Every single thing about this repair experience was 5 stars plus. The customer service was outstanding. The communication was excellent. The professionalism was unsurpassed really! The actual repair itself was done almost literally immediately. Completed the next afternoon. True. It was a meticulous job. I could truly rave on and on. It was very relaxing and confident experience across the board. I would absolutely use Abra again without a moments hesitation. And I will be outspoken in my recommendation for anyone to call upon Abra for an estimate and a repair. They easily made a potentially stressful situation almost a convenience. They were truly amazing! Mike was my representative and really sole contact after my arrival. He was informative, patient, knowledgeable and honest. Mike was Abra. (Thank you!) Best money I've spent in a long time. They even scrubbed the car inside and out and delivered it to me at work because I was unable to get a ride over to pick it up when it was ready. Just one incredible thing after another. I am very satisfied customer!
