NIcole was very pleasant to work with. She explained everything that needed to be done in a clear manner. She was attentive to details and available by phone when I had questions. She kept me apprised of the repair time and had the car ready when she promised. Jose checked me out when I came to pick up my car. He showed me all the repairs that had been done.
