Due to GM strike, unavailable parts resulted in a 9 week repair process and one door has still not been completed. Your automated communication process probably works well when everything goes well and quickly. Not so much when it doesn’t. For instance you have sent me this inquiry and the repair is actually still not complete. The issues with the GM strike were not in control, but your communication is. I typically had to call for updates and might or might not get called back.

My car has scratches and dings that weren’t there prior to the repair. Plus, the backseat had white stuff on the leather seats — my interior was clean. It really pisses me off when I’m expecting my car to be repaired and instead I pick up a car that no longer has the damages I initially brought it in for, but have additional issues from the repair.

Paint work looks great but the rubber seal was cut when the plastic or tape was taken off after the paint was finished. I will have the car brought back up to the shop to be reviewed. It looks like the rubber strip will need to be replaced.
