I wasn't completely dissatisfied. I was very happy and surprised by the detailing of my car and happy that my doors were fixed. However the paint that was done does not match and there was minor damage done when I got my car back. Will be contacting them tomorrow

Each day I received a text message with status that I liked except for the day that the car was supposed to be completed. Then I get a text at 5:00 that itscready, when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked cause it was after 5:00 and then I was told that it wasn't ready. It needed to be detailed and QC, the next day it was completed and I didn't get a text or phone call. I had to call to see if it was ready. I didn't pick the car up but when I got home from work and saw the car for the first time, I noticed that the color appeared to be a different shade. It was probably because the rest of the car has 8 year old paint but it still looks like a different shade. I noticed it as I drive into the driveway, I didn't even have to be that close.
