The eta of my car repair changed from Friday to Thursday then back to Friday. When I called to inquire on Friday no one called me back ( I left two voicemails) and only a text was answered saying that it now wouldn’t be ready until Monday. This left me without a car for a week and I had to rent a car over the weekend because I was not given enough notice to make other arrangements.

Whole process was great!
Not sure what cleaner is used on windshields, but it leaves a weird film on the glass. It’s really noticable in the rain. I had to re-wash the windshield with a different cleaner when I got home.
