Your collision specialist, Ashley Fielder, was fantastic in taking care of us -- explaining the estimate for the repairs; providing us with a rental car; keeping us in the loop with periodic updates on the progress of the repairs; ensuring that the color of the replaced doors matched the rest of the car; turning the car over to us completely cleaned inside and washed on the outside. A lot of my career was about providing great customer service to people, and we would say that Ashley went above and beyond the call for great customer service. We felt we were in great hands every step of the way. Jerry's is very fortunate to have Ashley, and we were very fortunate to benefit from her outstanding customer service.

My first interaction was with the young woman at the desk in the waiting area who was very polite and seemed proficient at her job. It was a pleasure to work with Dale who seemed very knowledgeable. Although I only met with her once while assessing the damage to my vehicle, Dale left me detailed voice mail messages along the way keeping me well informed so I never had to check in myself! I felt like I was in good hands. While waiting for the appraisal I couldn't help but notice Domenic at work. His interactions with customers and employees was impressive. He seemed to really enjoy his job and was trying his best to accommodate everyone. The process of picking up the car was a breeze and I appreciated a clean car. Thank you!

Ms. Ashley Fielder was my main contact throughout the entire process. She conducted the inspection and assessment of the damage and noted additional areas that might need to be inspected after the damaged parts were removed. She did follow ups keeping me abreast of the work progress. The rental car a RAV 4 was great. When I picked up my car she gave me all the paper work from the repairs. I was impressed that the car was cleaned better than when I brought it in. Ashley also when above by having the techs buff a scratched area on the front bumper. The rest of the folks at the Collision Center appeared friendly and helpful. I was originally apprehensive about the process, but it turned out to be pleasant overall with no grief or drama. And, yes, I would return to Jerry's Collision Center again if I ever have another unfortunate incident. I would also tell anyone I know that Jerry's should be considered if they get into an accident. I can see why USAA uses Jerry's.
