I'm a little concerned about the work I had done. For one my step running boards driver side is not attached completely. Have damage on my luggage rack from what appears to be a grinder from removing paint from the panel below it. Several bubbles and drips. Also my AWD emblem was never installed again. Ashley was a main reason i was completely satisfied. we ran in to a number of different issues that caused the repair to take about 6 weeks. it seemed like we ran in to **** issue after another. Ashley continued to try and make things right and did the very best she could to try and make it a positive experience. she was a pleasure to work with in an otherwise aggravating situation at times.

I was told 3 to 4 days. It took 7. Vehicle looks fine but if I was told 7 and it took 3 to 4 not an issue, but the underestimated time frame cost me extra money.

We were told the car would be ready in ****.5 weeks. Instead, it was 2.5 weeks, and when my husband went to pick up the car - the new paint did not match the original car color and a small dent was still visible. Fortunately, your service manager agreed with my husband and we were given a loaner car while your team re-fixes the problems. I just wish this would have been done correctly the first time. My car had less than 2,000 miles on it when the accident occurred -- and now I've been without my nearly new car for going on three weeks.
