The only part of the experience I was unsatisfied with was the loaner car. When I drove it home, I noticed the car rode a bit rough. When I inspected the car more thoroughly once home, I noticed the tires were quite low. I checked the tire pressure - the tire pressure was 35, 16, 12, and 4!!! I added air to the tires and had no further issue, however, was disappointed to receive a car with tires in that condition - so dangerous!

I had a crack in the bumper that needed to be repaired. Initially there was a mix-up with the rental car but shortly after I left, Carrie called and offered to drive to where I work and and exchange cars which was wonderful. I then picked up my car and it looked beautiful. Jerry showed me the work that had been done which included some detailing that they just included in the price. It really looked extraordinary. The service and product both A+. And Carrie and Jerry, Bravo. Many thanks. Oh Yes, and the Waiting/Lounge area is incredible.

The entire team was very open and welcoming, even to knowing my need for a loaner vehicle in an easy and quick process. The workmanship is excellent and quicker than expected. Perhaps the only thing that might be improved is to not require filling up the gas tank if no more than a certain number of miles is driven, since the time to try to put in less than a gallon of gas didn't feel well spent. Aside from that detail, everything was great.
I also appreciated how seamlessly the business worked with Allstate.

The body work looks great. I liked the regular updates via email. The entire staff was courteous, helpful and professional. The shop is clean and pleasant.
My only criticism is that the car wash (which I appreciated) included fragrance, which is bad for those in my family with asthma. I would recommend skipping the fragrance in the future.
