I have an issue with the paint application. There is orange peel on the panel that was painted. I contacted the shop, and got an immediate response from Tim letting me know he would address this issue.
I was very happy that it was addressed so quickly. I will report back when the issue has been resolved.

I understand issues come up and projects get delayed. However, keeping your customers notified of those delays is important. Telling someone their car is ready on day x, then realizing it won't be ready until day y and not telling them it's been delayed means they're going to show up on day x. One phone call would be helpful. Also your email notification system is very faulty. The whole time it kept saying my car would be ready December 2, when you told me over the phone it'd be ready November 23.
