What should have taken no more than 9 or 10 days to repair took over 2 weeks. The inconvenience for us was enough to make sure I never recommend Glenbrook Collision to anyone. The repair work itself was good but not worth the aggravation.

Todd was kind to deliver my repaired auto to my home when it became difficult for me to pick it up. Moreover, I was always kept advised of the status of the repair work. My car was kept in a secure location and treated carefully. There was quick and thorough oordination between the insurance claim adjuster, the dealer parts department, and Glenbrook Collision.
