The only issue I had with my experience is that I called a week before to see what I needed to do to set up an appt and was told to bring my car in on Monday. When I did that no one knew I was coming in. I think more communication or explanation to the customer as to how we should go about setting up appts is key. Otherwise everything else was pleasant and if I have another issue I’ll know where to bring my car!
