Poor communications, no one answered or returned my phone calls in a timely matter. my delivery date changed 4 times. They had my car from 10/10/18 til 11/5/18.

The tech said he couldn’t find the lock to rotate my tires. It was clearly in the glove box. If he couldn’t find it why didn’t they just call me and ASK???! Instead they just didn’t do it. Not very professional or courteous service!

They didn’t complete the repairs timely. There were two areas on the bumper that were not sanded and repainted. I have to go back to have them installed.

A few scratches were left on my car that were supposed to be fixed. Had to have someone come out after I picked up my car to have the scratches buffed out. Looks a lot better but can still see the scratches on my door handle. It’s not a big deal but I feel like if you text and call a client and tell them their car is fixed, you should atleast try and make sure every scratch isn’t noticeable anymore.
