Outstanding job. Both the admin and technical side was completely flawless. I've learned to be wary of small repair shops (actually, even big repair shops, including dealerships) but Meramec Heights Collision Center completely breaks the stereotype. Everyone is friendly, technically knowledgeable and treated me like I was their first ever customer; they took away the pain of getting my car restored after an accident. Kudos on what you do - I will be recommending your services every chance I get.

I've never had such great service at an auto body/collision center before this. My parts arrived late and Meramec Heights ensured I was notified with plenty of time to reschedule, obviously not their fault. They also took the initiative to reschedule my rental. All in all, I was only at the facility for about 10 minutes to drop off and pick up. Great experience!
