There was a minor issue with the repair to my vehicle but Hampton Collision fixed the issue very quickly.In addition they touched up other old scratches on my car at no additional cost. I would definitely use then again.

I had identified 3 items that were not fixed with my car after shop said everything was fixed and turned over the keys. they didnt even do a complete check prior to turning the keys over to me 3 times i had pointed out discrepancies. dont think i would recommend this place and will definitely let my insurance company know of the service I was given. I had my child who had two teeth extracted with me thinking that my car was ready since they called and said it was. Waited past shop closing times because I had already turned in my rental car. Kid was in pain and other customers showed empathy while employees couldnt care less.
