I recently purchased my first new car a few weeks ago. Two days later someone hit my car while it was parked. I spent a few days in mourning, frustrated and angry. I was told by the Nissan of mobile that the bmw collision center is Nissan certified, and I decided to give them a try. After. I turned my beloved car over to jimmy and he took great care of me. I was concerned the bumper repair wouldn't look as good as day one new, but the torn bumper looked pristine, and the paint work was exceptional. I'm coming back for anything and telling everyone.

My vehicle went into a ditch... I was rear ended butno one even bothered to pay attention that the front was also damaged..
Also.. when i picked up my vehicle.. i informed Craig that Liberty Mutual was sending him the full payment because the lady insurance sent them a full payment... He insist that i still write him a check for the 500.00 deductible.. I asked him not to deposit the check until he spoke to Nick at Liberty mutual.. because he informed me that BMW knew already... Well Craig said he would not deposit the check until he spoke to Nick... But he deposited it anyway.. As a result...my small bills that i paid did not clear my account and i accumulated nsf fees because of this and my account is in the negative... I feel like i should ne reimbursed because the check should have never been deposited.. I am very unhappy right now..
