Initially I thought that Criswell could have done a better job managing the acquisition of parts. After speaking with Kevin I understood that he ordered a new part for new work and Audi was slow in getting him the part he needed to complete the work. As usual, the work and the people are fantastic.

Well, after communicating with you via phone, and e-mail, I believe one method would be best to avoid confusing and contradictory statements, e.g., stating the car would be finished on a certain date by a phone call and then receiving an e-mail stating the car would be finished later. Minor problem and I'm still satisfied.

at first I liked the texts, but it is disconcerting to hear invthe morning everything is on track for completion that day and then call later in the day to here it will not be done after planning my day accordingly. That happened two days, a little frustrating- but no worries, the great work is the important thing and great folks to work with. Thanks!
