Rachel did a fantastic job communicating with the insurance company and me, and the repair work looks great. However, I am highly disappointed in the Service Center. I asked for an SOS light to be turned off and received an estimate for over 5,500 of services that I have already had done to the car in recent months. It makes me wonder if they even opened the hood of my car to do a thorough evaluation for if they just based this estimate on previous recommendations of things to have done in the near future.
