Rachael was wonderful and kept me informed of the status of my car. When I started the car there was a warning light telling me my front, left tire was low. I would have thought that would have been checked. My insurance card and registration were missing from the glove compartment between the tow of the car from my home to when I picked it up at Mini. I was told from collision that no one would have a reason to open the glove compartment. Other than that the car runs beautifully so far and it looked beautiful on its pick up. Dealing with Mini is a no hassle experience and the employees are very professional. Linda B

Kurt got me in and out quick with my estimate and got me scheduled for work the day I wanted. I brought my daughter with me to wait while the work was completed. The woman at the desk (maybe her name was Stephanie?) was kind enough to turn on cartoons. The work was completed 30. minutes faster than Kurt had quoted me. Thanks for the great experience!

They even got my car taken to the service center for a new tire and fought through administrative difficulties that occurred from my original purchase of the tire and wheel package at another dealership. Rachel Jocus is the best. Very customer service comes first. Always keeps me informed of status and changes to the estimate and why. Goes out if her way to help me...example, today she said that she would got my new license plate frames installed without my asking if someone could do that for me. Also she is very professional. Harlow Winterson helped me select accessories today and he was a delight to work with. I had a $300 voucher to spend and he gave me some great ideas and kept careful track of how much I was spending.. An excellent asset to BMW.
