The manager was so caring and considerate to the final outcome of my car. After such a horrible incident with my car being hit by a deer, I just thought this would be a bad ordeal. However, BMW Annapolis under the leadership of Bill, I was assured that my car would be like new within a specified time frame and it was. Excellent service and customer friendly.
