Rachel was outstanding to work with. I am not completely satisfied with the paint job however . I was expecting a better match in terms of smoothness There is orange peel on the new paint vs the previously painted areas. Also some scratches in the trunk area where they evidently tried to polish. And a tiny divot in the passenger door paint. I will look at it in better light tomorrow. I choose BMW over other collision centers expecting a very good match even though I could have had the entire car painted for the same cost. Again Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and helped me throughout the process.

This is my second and hopefully last call to the service center and I can say with full confidence that my car was made new again and drives smooth as ever.
